Coming from a legal background, we saw the need to create a programme allowing general secretaries and PAs to qualify and work in the legal sector. In 1988, together with law firms, business leaders and professional bodies, we developed and formulated the Legal Secretary Courses which are geared towards required workplace practises. We set up the law training college in the City of London, United Kingdom, making the Online Training College one of the oldest law educational institutions in the UK for Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and Legal Assistants.
Giving working professionals an opportunity to change careers, get promotion or even returning to higher education, our legal training formula has enabled thousands across the world to enter the legal profession since 1988. In 2000, our traditional classroom-based college went totally online.
In 2010, the Online Training College expanded by developing OTC-Canada and OTC-Australia with all colleges becoming synonymous with adult online learning.
